I've LITERALLY been trying to figure out how to like salad for the past year. I tried the other day--some brand called "organic girl green salad mix" (close enough) and I just put balsamic on top of the spinach/whatever other green leaves and EW! I almost cried. It tasted like rubber dead things (maybe that's over doing it), but this really helps! Add things! Do the Spinach leaves taste really spinachy(?) with all the other ingredients? I actually still make this all the time but have even changed to olive oil (just a tad bit healthier) and it still has the fabulous taste you are talking about.
