This Thursday I am thankful for:
1) Your kind words. Your kind words and comments from yesterday's Dear Diary post were so appreciated. I sometimes struggle with how I feel about comments... because as I said in yesterday's post, I often put way too much value in what others think about me. But yesterday, your words simply said "you're not alone" or "go ahead... be transparent... it's okay." And for that, I am grateful.
2) Little Cat. He's not so little anymore... especially now that he has become a true 100% indoor cat. Since I work from home, Little Cat is my constant companion and personal assistant. We have a great working relationship... except when he asks me to clean up his shit box. Gross.
3) Family visits. Tomorrow Lance's mom and her husband are making the drive to Louisville for a weekend visit! This will be the first time they get to visit for fun. The first time they came to Louisville was to help Lance move in... so it was all work, no play. This time we will definitely make time to show them around the city:)

This is such a great idea and the sweetest post. As a blogger it sometimes gets really hard...we all get hurt too much by what other people say and think. And I think bloggers especially do because I am finding that this incredible community of likeminded women is full of creative and sensitive souls.
