1) Sister visits. My little sister flew into Louisville for a few days to see me...
and it was so, so fabulous. I was pretty bummed when I found out that Jenna wouldn't be in Houston with me this year for Christmas... so to make it up to me, my parents paid for her to come visit me for a few days!
(thank you mom & dad!!) Sadly, this is the only picture I took while she was here...
epic fail, I know. But we were way too busy laughing... and shopping... and organizing... and eating... and laughing some more.
2) Productivity. Usually when my sister visits, that means some major productivity is about to occur... and the past few days were no different. Jenna and tackled all kinds of projects... organized my closet... cleaned out my linen closet... purged through my hair and make-up supplies... worked on adoption paperwork... checked off some home study requirements... and a few other projects. I always feel so accomplished after my sister is in town:)
3) A Houston Christmas. Tonight we'll be flying to Houston for the holidays, and I can't wait!! We will be there for 5 full days and I'm hoping to do some major relaxing. I can't believe Christmas is just around the corner... I'm hoping to soak it all in once things slow down a bit. Looking forward to some hot chocolate, a puzzle, and some good Christmas movies!!

Glad you got to see your sister, and glad you were too busy enjoying each other to take pictures. (Though I'm sure pictures would have been nice.)
